What is the Fan Code of Conduct at Prune Packers games?

Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of sealed water bottles and items for infants or those with medical or dietary needs.

Can I talk to coaches during the game?
Our coaches appreciate the support of our fans, but during games they are focused on player safety, team strategy, and performance. We ask that you do not engage coaches during games.

​

Do you sell merchandise?
Yes! Official Prune Packers gear is available both online and at home games. Follow us on social media for merchandise drops and limited-edition items.

Can I use the Prune Packers logo to make my own shirts, signs, or fan items?

No. The Prune Packers logo may not be used on any personal or unofficial merchandise. All logo use is limited to official team materials and licensed collaborations. We do not provide print-quality versions of our logo for outside use.

Where do I park?
Parking is free. You may park in available city lots or nearby street parking. Please observe all local parking regulations.

​

Where do I buy tickets?
Tickets are available online at our box office. Tickets may also be purchased at the gate, subject to availability.

Can I bring kids?
Absolutely. We love welcoming families. Please note:

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • No running, climbing, or roaming unattended.

  • Children are not allowed on the field or in restricted areas.


Can I come early and save seats?

Seats are first come, first served. Guests may not rope off or in any way reserve sections of seating. We recommend arriving early for the best selection.

Can I host a birthday party or bring a cake?
Only with advance approval. Requests must be submitted by March prior to the season. Please contact us.

​

How do I get a shout-out during the game?
On-field and loudspeaker shout-outs are reserved for official sponsors or groups with pre-approved arrangements.

Do you donate tickets/swag to nonprofits or community events?
We do our best to support community organizations, but requests far exceed our capacity. All donation requests must be submitted by March prior to the season. Due to volume, we may not be able to respond to all inquiries.

Why is everything digital? What if I want a paper ticket or program?
We have shifted to digital platforms to reduce our environmental impact and keep operations efficient. If you require accommodations, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to assist you.

How do I become a season sponsor?
Sponsorship opportunities open each fall. To learn more and submit interest, please fill out an inquiry form.
